Same Day Shipping

For orders placed before 2:00 PM (Eastern Time) on business days, we offer same-day shipping, ensuring that your package is swiftly processed and dispatched. This means that you can expect your items to begin their journey to your doorstep on the very same day you place your order. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the following business day.

Shipping Options

Duties and Taxes

Import Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped within the United States, customers will not be subject to import duties or taxes. All applicable taxes will be included in the purchase price of the product.

For customers ordering outside of the United States, including Canadian customers, please be aware that you may be liable for import duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for information on any additional charges that may apply.

State and Local Sale Taxes

Please note that state and local sales taxes may apply based on the shipping address. These taxes will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.

Return Policy

Customer Satisfaction is Our Priority

At Freediving Warehouse, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. If your item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, you may return it within this timeframe for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact PLU code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

We can only refund or exchange products that have not been in contact with water or lube and are undamaged. All wetsuits that have been in contact with water or lube will not be accepted for a return.

We can't offer refund on items cut by meter as monofilament, Dyneema , Nylon or Bands

Freediving Warehouse is not responsible for mis-handling of products, ill-treatment of goods and consequential or incidental damage resulting from the use of any merchandise bought from us including lost or stolen equipment.

  • Easy Return Process : To initiate a return or exchange, simply reach out to our customer support team, and we will guide you through the process. Please ensure that your returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Return Shipping Costs : For returns or exchanges due to customer preference or non-defective items, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is a result of a mistake on our end, such as a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
